• Products: Products purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@mya-beauty.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (defective or incorrect product).

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
